Designed for users with a high risk of pressure ulcers and / or a need for positioning. The 9/16" thick polymer cube pad is attached to a contoured foam base covered in an incontinent film. Wedged cushion measures 4 1/2" high on the sides and at the center pummel and 2 11/16" at the back. Leg troughs are 3 5/16" inches high. Includes Body Smart® low shear cover.
